- Pinterest Tag — captures page views, add-to-cart, and checkout events for Pinterest ad retargeting and audience building. Data transmitted to Pinterest, Inc.
- Snapchat Pixel — captures page views and purchase events for Snapchat ad retargeting. Data transmitted to Snap Inc.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) — a tag management container that loads and coordinates the third-party tracking scripts listed above. GTM itself does not collect personal data independently. Operated by Google LLC.
- Gorgias — customer support chat widget that sets session cookies to manage support conversations and track prior interactions. Data transmitted to Gorgias Inc.
- Okendo — customer review and loyalty platform that sets cookies to display, collect, and syndicate product reviews. Data transmitted to Okendo Pty Ltd.
- Bazaarvoice — ratings and reviews syndication platform that sets cookies for review display functionality and may share review data with retail partners. Data transmitted to Bazaarvoice, Inc.

6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.

- Service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo)
- Advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google) for retargeting and analytics

Note: Quebec's Law 25 (fully in force since September 22, 2023) requires that Snackish obtain your express consent before collecting personal information used for profiling or advertising purposes, and that we maintain a privacy impact assessment (PIA) for any technology involving personal information. Our cookie consent mechanism is designed to meet this standard.

9. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL encryption for data in transit and access controls for data at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
- Canadian residents — we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) and affected individuals "as soon as feasible" under PIPEDA where there is a real risk of significant harm. Quebec residents will additionally receive notification within 72 hours under Law 25.
- US residents — we will comply with applicable state breach notification laws, including California's data breach notification statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.29).
10. Children's Privacy
