Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada

1. Sponsor
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by SNACKISH INC, 5675 Bucknell Drive SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30336 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and to legal residents of Canada (excluding, who have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 9AM PST on June 30th and ends at 4PM PST on July 8th (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, enter by completing the following on Instagram: (a) follow @snackish; (b) tag 3 friends (c) share the video to your Instagram Story for an extra entry.
Free / Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase or payment is necessary. To enter without completing the social actions above, hand-print your full name, address, email, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to 5675 Bucknell Drive SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30336. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30th and received by July 9th. Mail-in entries receive the same chance of winning as online entries.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, conducted on or about July 11th by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Skill-Testing Question (Canadian Residents)
Before being declared a winner, each selected Canadian entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by mail, email, or telephone (for example: (8 × 4) + 12 − 5). A selected entrant who fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.
7. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
1 prize(s), each consisting of a $1,500 USD gift card to be used towards a weekend getaway and 12 Snackish Masters cases for a “years supply” of Snackish. Approximate Retail Value Total ARV of all prizes: $2,218.56. All values are stated in U.S. dollars; the Canadian-dollar value will vary with the exchange rate. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty. Winner(s) are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes.
8. Winner Notification and Claim
Potential winner(s) will be notified via direct message within [1] days of the drawing and must respond and complete any required documents within [3] days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time, fails the skill-testing question, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://eatsnackish.com/policies/privacy-policy. For Quebec residents, personal information is handled in accordance with Quebec’s Law 25.
